If you care about your employees then you need to show it. When people feel appreciated they are more likely to be entrenched in their place of employment and want to stay there. The more satisfied an employee is the more they will want to keep working at the same place with the same people. That is why It is smart to give them incentives and appreciation regularly.
There are many ways to incorporate gift giving for employees into an annual marketing program. One method is to plan out an employee incentive program or contest that uses promotional gift items as rewards for productivity. There can be incremental value increases in the gifts for higher levels of production. Managers can use gifts as instant sales rewards or for small contest awards throughout the year.
Company gifts are promotional as they can bear the imprint of the company or product logo, name or image. There can be some status involved also in wearing company apparel around the office or after work hours, depending on the product or company involved. If there are sports teams, promotional clothing is a must.
